Daytona Beach area fishing report
Port Orange: Ponce Inlet is producing over slot Red fish. The inlet area has been a hot spot for sheepshead, black drum and mangrove snapper along with jack. Also the slot red fish bite has been real good at low tides in some areas of Port Orange. For the pier and dock fishermen, Dunlawton Causeway is doing pretty good with black drum and sheepshead bites.

Ormond Beach/Tomoka Basin/ Tomoka River: The bite is hot and cold….. one day you are catching and the next day there is nothing. There are red fish cruising around the Tomoka but you need to put in a little time to find them.
